While we currently have ignore list section under Setting, that covers every aspect of link suggestions to not to look for those, overall. If you have 100s of the "best" x articles, you would want to make sure not to use the word "Best" all the time and look for other important keywords. Negative Keyword is going to be in the same section as the custom keyword. You will be able to add these in the actual post Linkilo meta section, or when you use "Add URL" section. If you want to exclude a certain word or phrase that Linkilo keeps suggesting, you can add that word to the Negative Keyword list and it will no longer provide those suggestions.
